Executive Secretary - Middle School Counseling Office (Full-Time)

 

JOB SUMMARY:
The middle school counseling office executive secretary works under the direct supervision of the Guidance Counselor(s) and is responsible for the overall functions of the counseling office in addition to organizing and maintaining student files, schedules, report cards, progress reports and transcripts.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree or secretarial institution
  • Fluency in Arabic and English both written and spoken
  • Two or more years of experience as a secretary
  • Good typing skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience working with middle school students
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-direction
  • Knowledge of local community and resources

SCIENCE TEACHER ASSISTANT HIGH SCHOOL
(FULL–TIME POSITION)

 

JOB SUMMARY:
The High School Teacher Assistant is responsible for classroom preparation of equipment, materials, maintenance and school inventory. She/he will assist in the preparation of the budget, coordinate setting up of field trips and will work with teachers and students during science lab periods.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Science major)
  • Strong chemistry background
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
  • Able to perform basic computer functions
