CAC Strategic Plan
Strategic Plan 2003-2007
Our Strategic Plan aims to bring to life the school’s mission statement. Within our plan there are five strategies. The strategies and their associated missions are:
Strategy 1: Learning and Teaching
To pursue individual and collective excellence through thoughtful and inspiring curriculum and instruction.
Strategy 2: Communication
To describe and support the CAC mission and programs through effective means of communication.
Strategy 3: Technology & Information
Literacy
To seamlessly integrate information services into all areas of learning.
Strategy 4: Service & Citizenship
To instill in students an ethic of service and responsible citizenship, empowering them with skills and opportunities to make positive contributions to their community and the world.
Strategy 5: Facilities and Finance
To provide the financial support and physical facilities essential to achieving the mission.
Each strategy has an associated committee that takes concrete actions throughout the year to actualize the strategy’s mission.
At the end of each year progress on our plan is reported to the Strategic
Plan Review Committee, comprised of CAC community members,
and feedback is collected that will guide subsequent work.
